ooh i just had an idea for a slime!

pyrite slime

all that glitters is not gold. this slime might look as shiny as a gold slime, but be wary, it's nowhere near as elusive and valuable. but fear not! it won't eat your precious gilded ginger, as it prefers to eat (insert less rare fruit version of gilded ginger (i can't think of one right now))

it is a slime that looks similar to a gold slime at first glance (usually the only glance you get with gold slimes) and it runs away all the same, but unlike gold slimes the pyrite slimes won't disappear and can actually be sucked up and ranched like a normal slime. they can spawn anywhere a gold slime can but at a somewhat higher rate. not so high you will constantly see one, but not quite as rare as a gold slime.

the ways it looks differ is of course the color, being a lighter and duller shade of yellow (i think that's the right description), as well as being a little more cubed/pixelated like pyrite is in real life. it still spawns a plort when hit in the face with something (can only happen once, then needs to eat fruit to produce plorts), and i want to give it a fruit version of gilded ginger that will produce plorts equal to your golden sureshot, but i can't come up with one right now (maybe loquat because it's known as the "golden fruit")

slime idea:

milk slime, bro is made of milk, produces milk plorts, idk, people probably eat the milk plorts. Probably acts like a puddle slime, not making largos or anything.

idk what else to say about this one

they eat carrots or apples maybe

drop horse plorts

they could maybe be called equine slimes

you could maybe ride them or only be able to ride their largos

Slime idea: inverted slime

it’s kinda like the movie tenet if you’ve seen that, basically this slime moves backwards through time, you can find these all around but they’re quite rare, there plorts are also found just sitting on the ground in various places and are also rare, if you shoot one of these slimes plorts at the slime it will absorb the plort and generate an elder inverted hen hen, which can be sold to victor cause he needs these to have created them in the future to avoid a paradox. If you keep them long enough they’ll turn to hen hens then chickadoos, at this point a paradox may be created so victor will send drones to take them by force. If he fails the universe will collapse and the game is over.

you can add an inversion attachment to your vacpack which lets you shoot at the inverted slimes to pick them up, and it will be like a reverse shot animation.

I think you get the point they’re just backwards. You suck them up backwards to.

slime idea:

phrophecy slime

feed it a precognitive potato and it will tell you an event that will happen in the future

no plorts, but it can tell you when certain plort prices will go up or down

Slime idea:

some type of portal slime would be very cool, it makes portals to get around and beatrix can jump through them, maybe there’s a small chance for it to bring you to a secret area but mostly just brings you to random places.

Actually it would be cool if they had like migratory patterns so portal slimes in one place would always bring you to the same different place, and there would be like a route all portal slimes take through the world, then there could be secret zones at the start and end of the portal slimes migratory path.
