Why does it feel awful not to be desired, wanted and needed? Worse so when you are with someone?
I could use a break from my head. I would love to be pulled away and treated like a loved pet. Tired of being a human.
A very big problem i noticed when I listen to some female covers of songs — women try to sing BEAUTIFULLY instead of singing EMOTIONALLY. Which often just misses the entire vibe of the original song. That's why I like to listen to artists like Ado yelling into her microphone, or some kind of garage punk rock, where the girls are more likely to "talk" to the music than sing, because it feels more ALIVE and cool when they shout, and do not try to squeeze out a "beautiful voice" :( Your allowed to not be BEAUTIFUL or appealing in everything here girl, chill and let your emotions make it good.

witch hat atelier's magic system is so cleverly designed. it taps into the marketable power fantasy standard of being something that you want to do and could see yourself being capable of doing. and this intentionally fits perfectly with the story's overall subtextual theme that being an artist is a real magic that everyone can learn.
i can't think of any other magic systems that so perfectly reflect one of the story's central themes like that.
