(and you can blame @projectaffectivity & @monkeymindscream for that! moreso the former bc of all the wonderful & hilarious comics they post but!) mandarin probably says it pre-canon but canonically either antauri OR mandarin could say it!!
also strikes me as spova tbh xD definitely something sprx could say before he gives into the fact that he likes her (pre-Chiro)
last but not least, i’m definitely a shipper of Slingmay (or the ot3 Slingshot/Chiro/Jinmay, which... i can’t remember who did art of that but SOMEone did) so I could see Slingshot/Prometheus 5 saying that when he develops ~feelings~
