That voice. That... HIGHLY annoying voice. She knew that immense over-enthusiasm anywhere. Absolutely had to be Tracer. And without a doubt, there she was, foiling an easy job, again. Rayan had her hand resting on a panel of a computer terminal next to a building, and under no circumstance could EVER take it off for a short expanse of time.
She was jamming the signal between comms that Overwatch had with the policing agents of the area. Her prosthetic arms were pretty nifty, allowing her to do things that she could never do on a regular basis by any stretch. Especially hacking.
Hopefully the agent would just... Go away! Maybe if Rayan ignored her. She just needed enough time to ensure data was stolen.
