Lunching at Slug and Lettuce. I'm right next to the London Eye soaking up the atmosphere and watching people walk by (mostly tourists). Its such a glorious day, I would love to be a tourist in London today myself 😀 They've got a new Spring menu on from today and there are quite a few vegan options (just don't eat the sauce). WIN! I'm having tempura vegetables, fried jalapeno slices and breaded mushrooms. Swapped garlic mayo and sour cream for olive oil. Fried jalapeños are my favourite, even though I'm not used to spicy food.
