there's a lot of sloes in the hedgerow nearby and the classic use for them is sloe gin, but also I have a cupboard full of fruity liqueurs I don't drink. so I put on my thinking cap briefly and was like INFUSED HONEY. SLOE HONEY AS A DELICIOUS WINTER BEVERAGE.

friends neighbours countrymen it's not really infused yet but if you put like a tablespoon of this in a mug and top it off with boiling water it is just. chefkiss. I can feel the healing properties of a warm hug.
