i honestly just feel like doshi would be a really good ceo for sintracorp. YES he doesnt fully understand the scope of the history of sintracorp, but that could be a positive honestly?
where brian will likely fail as a ceo is falling into the same habits that joão fell into, he knows too much! he understands the risks for the company but theres no reason for him to take on adopting an individual that was the same species of domori if he didnt want to harness their magical capabilities.
the reason chapman failed is his pretentiousness and immaturity(bound to happen, comical) but also his complete and total lack of understanding. he doesnt understand what he needs to do to make the company succeed, nor what will make it fail. i feel as if to take on the role of ceo you need a basic understanding of the company youre becoming the ceo of, and he simply does not.
rei obviously prospers as the ceo, if not a little authoritarian, but for good reason and also her general personality. i focus less on her and hugo in this thought experiment as 1. its obvious that rei will succeed in leading and 2. i dont think hugo wants the company to even continue, hes leaning into the madness of the witch
now to the part i actually start talking about doshi
he understands a lot of the history of sintracorp, but mostly the history of the companies actual adventures into machinery. he understands how to rebuild and utilize their tech, add onto it. he knows some of the negative history but doesnt believe in the fantastical part of it. even if he saw the kitsunes(is that what they are. please correct me if im wrong im actually so unsure about that) he wouldnt believe that theyre the lead to success.
hes also clearly educated in engineering? not only can he continue to lead the company, he can pioneer into new directions using his own understanding.
his only downfall would honestly be his unprofessional nature? hes got a little bit of it in him and im sure he could improve over time but he is extremely casual and that would initially hinder him. itd take a while to grow into such a serious role
i also have no idea how hed get said role. um. but that doesnt matter.i think.
