They’d talk a lot about climbing Mount Everest one day, although went their separate ways before it could actually happen. It was a mutual decision, they’d both had ideas of where they wanted to go next in their lives/on their travels and those ideas just didn’t line up.

Notes: The mentor found the mess that was Axel dancing in some dive bar down an alleyway and thought he had potential. He cleaned him up and gave him a job as an assistant. From here he taught Axel how to use his looks and charm to get what he wanted in a positive way,  the only rule was they could not have a private relationship. It was purely business. Then one night they made it personal, the following morning his mentor was gone, leaving Axel with everything he ever wanted, but alone again.
