It is if you like it! Slovianto was created by a friend of mine, Jan van Steenbergen. He’s a good conlanger who knows his stuff. He’s also the author of this article, which will give you a little more info on some of the history of the Interslavic movement. Slovianto is by no means the first or the only such project.
