Jay Gudda presents: Slow Chop
Dirty trap
Carl Jung was a Swiss psychiatrist who believed our entire human experience should be included and respected. He's quoted as saying, "Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darknesses of other people."
Slow Chop takes a page from that notebook by confronting my shadows, vulnerabilities, and negative emotions. Creating this song was a personal relief, and I hope it inspires people to understand each other on a deeper level.
