Today's Walking Photo: What a messed-up day. I’ll readily cop to the cliché and say yes, just the kind of day where everything that could go wrong seemed to just go ahead and do that. Including unexpected exigencies arising and keeping me from my walk. So I ended up taking this late-night jaunt through a nearby shopping hub and oh hey look here are some pretty holiday lights gracing these trees. This view was pretty enough, but I decided to up the drama by capturing the slow-exposure streak of a passing Tri-Met bus. Click this one to blow it up – it’s really kinda cool.

Once I’ve posted this there will be 15 minutes left in this downer of a day – ample time for it to rev up into Turbo Improve Mode and put a smile on my face! A guy can dream…
