Made it out for a slow mile run. I wasn't gonna go and then I just changed and went. Then I realized that I should had taken a rest day. Oh well, I'll take tomorrow off. I am having a leg appreciation day, so here are my awesome legs that carry me around. To run, bike, and everything else. I took the dogs for a mile walk as well after my run. They appreciated that. Now to read about paralytics and opioids for tomorrow. Yay anesthesia.
