Ingredients: 4 cans 15 ounces each of navy beans, drained and rinsed. 1 medium onion, diced. 1/2 cup pure maple syrup. 1/2 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup molasses. 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup water.
Instructions: In a slow cooker, combine all ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until beans are tender and flavors are well blended. Stir occasionally during cooking. Serve hot as a side dish or as a main course.
