Ingredients: 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined. 6 slices of bacon, cut in half. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 1 tablespoon minced garlic. 1 tablespoon lemon juice. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Wooden toothpicks, soaked in water.
Instructions: Wrap each shrimp with half a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper. Place bacon-wrapped shrimp in the slow cooker. Pour the sauce mixture over the shrimp. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until shrimp is cooked through, stirring occasionally. Once done, remove toothpicks and serve.
