This 2-ingredient slow cooker queso dip is incredibly easy to make and perfect for parties, game nights, or any gathering where you want a delicious and fuss-free appetizer.
Ingredients: 1 block 16 ounces Velveeta cheese. 1 can 10 ounces diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained.
Instructions: Get the Velveeta cheese and cut it up. Cut up the Velveeta cheese and put it in a slow cooker with diced tomatoes and green chilies. Cover and cook on low for one to two hours, stirring every now and then, until the cheese melts. Switch to the warm setting until you're ready to serve once everything is melted and well mixed.
