40lbs Down
So I weighed myself today and I am at 260lbs which means I have lost a total of 40lbs since Christmas 2013. It's still alot of hard work for which I'm only losing 1lb-2lbs a week but slowly does it and I will get there.
I hope to lose another 40lbs by the end of the year. I am currently ill and feel terrible I just want to lay in bed all day doing nothing.
I am surprised I don't miss the junk food as much as I though I would having alternatives such as apples and bananas really helps. I still can't stand salads they just make me even more sick.
Got several doctors and hospital appointments coming up which I am not looking forward too if I am honest.
Managed to do running half an hour without collapsing and shooting off the treadmill.

Yay I am so happy with myself, slowly it's coming off & it shall not return. Doing this all slow & not pressuring myself has really made a difference, I'm so much more calm about it & I don't beat myself up for going off track because we all do it & I want to live a normal life without worrying about missing a day of exercise or having a treat. We only have one life so enjoy it :)
