tbh I am way to into keeping things “clean” looking and aesthetically pleasing, so my background is a blue gradient I made on Illustrator. Initially I made it to match a set of icons I had for my iPhone, but now I have a Samsung, and I don’t have custom icons anymore either.

Is the same logic as in alcoholism, as in "you have to keep fighting every day, you are never "over" it" or do they say people will yo-yo all their lives?

The latter - that you’ll regain the weight and the constant up and down will destroy your metabolism.

I kinda know I will have to at least be careful about food all my life because those habits and patterns are really hard to change (and you just can’t cut it out completely like most alcoholics do) but I definitely don’t want to have to lose large amounts of weight again :/.

Definitely not impossible, I believe the statistics are that roughly 90% if people put the weight back on, you just have to approach it like a full lifestyle change not a diet or temporary thing.

Apparently the person writing the article really hated the “lifestyle change” argument ^^’ ... (Not sure why, and I don’t want to search for it to check.) But yeah, I definitely know this isn’t temporary!

deine Idealfigur, aber deswegen gleich alles hinzuschmeißen ist doch auch Quatsch. Du bist schon ein ganzes Stück weit gekommen und kannst sicherlich noch viel mehr erreichen, gib das nicht auf nur weil anderen der Versuch allein die Mühe schon nicht wert ist.

Keine Sorge, ich hab nicht ernsthaft vor, aufzugeben. An manchen Tagen ist es nur einfach hart, negative Gedanken abzuwehren, und dann treffen solche Sachen gern da, wo’s wehtut ^^’.

Oh my gosh. :) I love this. I will not be able to send it to my favorite blogs for a few days while my husband is going through surgery. But anyway.

1. Describe your dream home. I honestly would love an average home in a decent suburb. Something that's big enough for however many people I'm living with, but still small enough to feel casual and homey. I feel like some big houses have an atmosphere about them that isn't as calming as a smaller house

2. What is your favorite book? As much as I'm really coming to love John Green's books, Maggie Stiefvater's "Shiver" is what got me into reading for fun, sooo. It's a typical fantasy teenage girl book, but I love it.

3. What are you most excited about in 2014? Graduating, getting my ass out of school and into a house that I'll be renting out with friends [: I'll be eighteen so I have a lot to look forward to!

4. What’s your favorite restaurant and what do you usually get? Chipotle. White rich, chicken, sour cream, corn, cheese and lettuce burrito.

5. Have you ever done anything illegal? (details?) Yess. I drank last night. I used to smoke weed. Every now and then I have a cigarette. I smoked hookah, I've snuck out. I do illegal things. I don't murder people though...so there's that. I'm the only victim of my crimes so, hey, no biggy.

6. Describe your best friend. 5'3"ish, curvy as hell, long hair, hot as fuck, I can trust her with all my shit and she's funny as fuck and I love her, jesuschrist. 

7. Are you a hat person? YES. I love beanies. I used to wear snapbacks a lot but I'm wearing beanies almost every day now

8. If you could do anything RIGHT NOW what would you do? Well, I'm about to hang with Macks, and I haven't seen him in a while, so I'm excited for that. I really want to be in Kent but I'm just being stupid

9. Describe the weirdest thing in your room and how you got it. I actually have a bat in my room, tied to my ceiling fan, I got him from Emily's spoop party thing but yeah, I never took him down and I don;t intend to

10. Describe your favorite pair of pants. My favorite pair of pants is probably my black jeans because they're kind of high waisted and I love that and they're skinny and comfortable and I don't have to fix them too much and I think my butt looks nice in them
