Everyone keeps telling me that 15-20 minutes of cardio prior to weight training is enough. And yet, how will I ever know what I'm physically and mentally worth if I just do what's expected of me? So instead I push through at least 60 minutes of cardio prior to weight training and skipping rope for another consecutive 60 minutes.
