Guilty
yesterday i sat down & ate two full meals & ive been feeling it my body doesnt even know what to do i can hear my guts moving & bubbling since the first meal i even got a teenie head change after every meal i ate i dont regret eating I made sure not to over do it i truly enjoyed every bite but i know im going to need to kick up my work outs for having done that im hungry today but ill keep it simple with just some soup
