Sorry if you've already answered this, but why do Sans and Papyrus have diamonds on their heads?

Heya, it’s ok to ask again! It’s been a while since I answered this and I’ve thought about it a lot since then.

Essentially the diamonds on their heads are connected to their special brand of magic. Sans and Papyrus have always had them and assume that it’s something normal to all skeleton monsters (they don’t know of any others apart from themselves.)

Because they live in the Dream Realm, their magic is kind of psychological/philosophically inspired? It’s all themed around how we experience our realities.

Oh BTW they also have their normal magic such as the bone constructs and turning things blue.

(I’ve also started thinking I want to draw the “diamonds” more star-shaped but ‘m scared it’s too late now D,:)

I'm sorry if the AU is a little confusing `(*>﹏<*)′ its still growing and changing and I've just come out of a really long hiatus so it's all a little disjointed. It's mostly been a place of comfort to just draw cute sketches haha. But now I'm free to start posting more regularly again and to explore the story so I hope you'll enjoy it <3

So I don't know if this question has been asked already cuz I don't want you to get annoyed if it has already have. you ever thought about making your own au you comic (by the way I love your au)

... don't tell anyone... but I've actually been planning out a Slumbertale comic for about 2-3 years now...

I can't wait to share it. Maybe at the end of the year? The story's gonna take place after Frisk, trapped in an inescapable genocide run, is finally able to reset and start over. It's gonna explore a lot of themes, things about nightmares, regrets, love, family and hope.

I'm really really excited to share it with you.! I have so much content to share (I've storyboarded almost 15 chapters, 24 pages each, and it's still growing! :o) So I'm itching to release it so that you can see it! Here are some random pages I like so long <3
