For real loitering is some shit. I was babysitting a kid once and had to take him to dance and pick him up in an hour. Since the dance studio was far away I decided to just stay in the town center and wait for him to be done. It was hot as hell outside I wasn't tryin to get heat stroke and I was walkin back and forth tryin to decide whether to go in this sketchy Chinese food place or a restaurant. I didn't have any $$ and thought it'd be disrespectful or something to go to the restaurant and just sit there I thought I might get kicked out, but I was kinda scared to go to the Chinese food place. Then this lady comes up and is like um do u see this sign it says no loitering. Uve been her for 20 mins I'm like lady!!! What am I to do
