Since it's such a huge topic right now, I decided to post about it. I will break down everything that is going on in several posts, and this is part 1.
• 𝙄𝙈𝙋𝙊𝙍𝙏𝘼𝙉𝙏 𝙄𝙉𝙁𝙊: The club 'Burning Sun' where most things went down is NOT owned by Seungri from BIGBANG. He's not the CEO but the face of the club, meaning he's advertising the club. •
It all started when a man named Kim Sang Kyo (28) who was at the club 'Burning Sun', saw a woman being sexually assaulted and tried to help her out but got beaten up by the bouncers. He was violently arrested by the police cause the club officials reported him as the one trying to sexually assault the woman. The man publicized the issue and it went viral very quickly because 1) sexual assault against women spread like wildfire in Korea cause there's currently a big feminist movement going on and 2) Seungri's face, who is not only incredibly famous in Korea but also overseas, is plastered all over the club. Also, the media knew that there must be something wrong. Why would the man come out to the public asking to prove his innocence if that man knew he was guilty of sexually assaulting a woman? Doesn't make any sense, right?
Prior to this incident, police have been investigating the club for quite a while over alligations including the supply of not only drugs to patrons but also women who were under the influence of drugs and alcohol for VIP clients to have sex with, so basically for them to rape those women. Also, drugged women were filmed without consent and the videos have been digitally shared on a Korean app named 'KakaoTalk'.
In February 2019 Seungri was declared a suspect in several crimes after a group chat from 2015 emerged from another celebrity's phone where Seungri appeared to talk about soliciting prostitutes for potential investors for his club and sharing pornographic videos. He stated that those messages were faked but the police confirmed that all the Kakao group chat messages are real and Seungri was one of many korean celebs in that group chat.
Jelena did it better
Quick. Real quick.
After receiving backlash for her Japanese tattoo, Ariana added another character to fix it. But instead of putting the character above the other one, she put it under which only made it worse. Ari, I love you but... geez girl 😅
❌ Cardi is cancelled! ❌
It's understandable if a homeless person steals food from a store to survive but this bitch had a roof over her head and food on her table! Just because she wasn't living in luxury back then doesn't mean it's ok to steal your way up to that lifestyle! Those men could have suffered serious long term consequences and she didn't gave 2 fucks about it, and probably still doesn't. She feels sorry for getting exposed and not for doing those things.
Props to her for showing her body like that 🧡
So, are we just gonna ignore this? Like, are we not gonna talk about this mess?
