A member of a alien species that are supposedly the offspring of eyes, who they worship. He was sent to keep an eye on Andy. This has lead to him and Andy living together (and with Moloch later on).
He is dating Frank. Aster also helps frank with his kidnapping business in the form of him wiping the memories of the kids before they are returned to their parents. This is so they can fall for the same trick over and over again. In exchange frank allows Aster to research the kids so that he can learn more about humans.
The alien species he is a member of is also worshiped alongside eyes by the cult.
HE IS FINALLY DONE!!! literally my second oldest SM OC next to Andy and ONLY now am I properly finishing/introducing him. (Ok well actually some TWT ocs might be older than them both but only in rough ideas/concepts)
"WHY DO I HAVE TO COME!?" Moloch complained angrily. "Because not only are you the biggest person in the house and thus are able to carry the most stuff but also because Aster is currently busy doing stuff with his friend so you are the only option I have" Andy responded. "Can't you ask one of your friends?" Moloch asked."They are all busy. Now get up." Andy says. "Go do it yourself." Moloch grunts. "Moloch. If you are going to live in my house then you are going to help out with things in my house. Now get up and go get dressed!" Andy tells Moloch. "UGH FINE!!!" Moloch groans before getting up and walking away. Andy sighs, this is basically what he expected would happen but it doesn't make it any less annoying. It's only been a couple weeks since Andy accidentally summoned Moloch alongside his roommate Aster and his sister and Andy has already begun to wonder why he agreed to let him stay in his house. He takes a deep breath. “It's Christmas time Andy, don't let this get you down. You said you will host a Christmas party so you're going to host a Christmas party.” Andy tells himself. A few minutes later Moloch comes back out, wearing a bunch of clothes to hide the fact he is a demon. “Okay, let's get this done quickly.” The demon says. “Whatever you say my liege" Andy sarcastically responds. The duo then proceed to get going.
A random mall
As Andy and Moloch arrive at the mall they can see that it is covered in Christmas decorations, glowing brightly. Christmas music blasts from the speakers. Moloch groans. “Okay! Let's do this” Andy exclaims. The two men go around the store buying all the things that Andy has on his shopping list. Moloch meanwhile gets progressively more agitated as they continue to walk by garish Christmas displays and as cheesy Christmas songs play overhead, covering his ears, seemingly in pain, at the more religious ones. They approach a section dedicated to Christmas decorations, a Santa animatronic is displayed among a variety of other decorations. “Okay so we need some more decorations. Some of them are pretty big so you will have to carry them instead of putting them in the cart” Andy tells Moloch. Moloch doesn't respond, his attention focused on the Santa animatronic. An expression of discomfort on his face. “Moloch? You good?” Andy asks. “AH! I-im fine!” Moloch snaps back. “You sure?” Andy says. “I said I'm fine.” The demon bluntly states. “If you say so…” Andy responds. The two go into the decorations section, grabbing what they need. That is until Moloch gets a bit too close to the Santa animatronic, causing it to activate. “HO HO HO!! MERRY CHRISTMAS!!” The animatronic states. “AGH!!” Moloch yells as he jumps back in response before punching the animatronic, knocking it over.
“Moloch what did you DO!?” Andy yells. The human(?) goes over to pick up the animatronic and check if it was damaged. After making sure it wasn't damaged Andy sighs in relief and turns back to Moloch. “Why the hell did you jump like that? Did it scare you or-” before Andy can finish Moloch snaps back and says: “I WAS NOT SCARED!!! It simply surprised me”. “Are you sure? You were looking at that same animatronic uncomfortably earlier as well” Andy says. “I am FINE!” Moloch says angrily. “And this hasn't been an isolated incident either. You've been like this the entire time we've been here. Andy says before Moloch interrupts. “I SAID THAT I AM FINE!!” The demon yells. His breathing having become heavy. “Excuse me gentlemen, is everything alright here?” a store worker dressed as an elf asks. Seeing the worker in the elf costume only makes Moloch more upset. “LEAVE ME ALONE!!” Moloch yells before running off. “MOLOCH!!” Andy yells before running after the demon. “I just wanted to know if everything was fine…” the store worker laments.
Moloch runs through the Mall, trying to get away from all the Christmas stuff. But no matter where he goes he keeps on encountering more and more holiday themed stuff. The music blasting loudly in His ears. After failing to escape, he covers his ears and tightly shuts his eyes. Trying to block out all the holiday stuff around him. At this point Moloch was about to reach his breaking point. But before he was able to snap he felt a tug at his clothing. He opens his eyes to see Andy, gesturing for him to follow. The demon begins to follow Andy. Eventually they arrive at a quiet area with no Christmas decorations. They sit there for a little bit as Moloch calms down. When he seems calm enough Andy finally speaks. “Feel better?” Andy asks Moloch. “...I guess.” Moloch says. “I know you said you hated Christmas but I didn't think you hated it THIS much. Although I guess it does make sense due to it having Christian origins and you being a demon…” Andy says. Moloch remains quiet. “Other than the obvious why do you hate it so much?” Andy asks. “Because it's a holiday focused on kindness and joy and I'm a demon, the exact opposite of that.” Moloch states. “Ah. That… Makes a lot of sense actually.” Andy responds. Moloch looks away from Andy and sighs, beginning to blush. “...Also Santa Claus may or may not have beaten me up a few years ago.” Moloch says bashfully. “Excuse me WHAT? Like the actual Santa!?” Andy asks confusedly “Yes…” Moloch responds. Andy almost laughs but stops himself when he sees that Moloch looks upset. “Is that why you were scared of the Santa animatronic?” Andy asks. “One, I said that I was surprised and NOT scared. Two, I don't want to talk about it…” Moloch says, clearly embarrassed. “Okay then. I won’t ask any more about it.” Andy says, seeing that Moloch is embarrassed by what happened. Moloch doesn't respond. “...Im sorry for forcing you to come with me. If I knew how much you hated the holiday I would have let you stay home.” Andy says apologetically. Moloch looks at Andy for a moment before looking away. Andy stares at Moloch quietly before talking. “You stay here, I’ll come back after finishing.” Andy tells Moloch. “Okay…” Moloch grunts. Andy leaves to go finish shopping. After he is done he comes back to get Moloch before they both leave and head back to Andy's house.
Andy's house
They arrive home to see that Frank's van is parked outside the house. “I guess we already have company.” Andy states. Moloch just grunts in response. They go inside. Aster and Frank are both chilling on Andy's living room couch, watching TV. “Sup” Aster says. “Heeyyy! A-man! Devil dude! Frank says. Moloch grunts in annoyance. “First, hello. Second, Frank, don't call us that.” Andy says. “Hey, I think those nicknames are nice.” Aster jokingly says. Andy glares at Aster before speaking again. “What were you two even doing anyways? Andy says only to end up quickly speaking again before Aster or Frank can respond. “Wait, actually I decided that I don't want to know.” “Your loss.” Aster says. “Anyways if you're going to be in my house then you are going to help set up decorations. I could use the extra help.” Andy says. “Do I get paid for that or…?” Frank asks. Andy sighs. “Sure…” he responds. “Can I get paid too?” Aster asks. “You live here so no.” Andy says. “Damn.” Aster responds. Everyone gets to work setting up all the decorations as well as doing whatever else is needed for the party. Eventually they finish up a few hours later. Andy turns on some Christmas music. Moloch grunts in annoyance at the music and decorations. “And there we go! We're done!” Andy says proudly. “And right on time too. People should start arriving at any moment now.” Andy states. “knock knock!” “speak of the devil. Aster, can you go greet the guests? I have to do one last thing.” Andy says. “Okay!” Aster says as he starts to go for the door. “In disguise.” Andy reminds the alien. “Oh right.” Aster says before turning on his human disguise. He then goes over to door. “Hey Moloch, can you come with me please? I have to show you something.” Andy says to Moloch. “... Fine.” Moloch responds. Andy brings Moloch over to a door, opening it up to reveal a room with a bunch of blankets, some food, a pair of headphones, and some noise cancelling foam on the back of the door. And among it all, no Christmas decorations. “What is this?” Moloch asks. “Your very own anti-Christmas room!” Andy exclaims. “After learning how much you dislike the holiday I decided to set this room up as a place you can stay in while the party goes on. I hope it's good enough for you. “You… Did all that for me?” Moloch asks. “Yep! I know what it's like to be somewhere you don't want to be and to deal with something you don't want to deal with. You may be an absolutely horrible person but… You're still my roommate so it's the least I can do.” Moloch looks at the room than at Andy before responding. “... Thanks.” Moloch says. “You're welcome.” Andy responds. “I'll leave you to your own devices now! Have fun!” Andy says before leaving to greet the guests.
Hours pass by. Sometime along the way Moloch ended up falling asleep. He ends up being awoken by the sound of a door opening. He looks to the source of the sound to see Andy come into the room, holding a box covered in Christmas present wrappings in his hands and looking very tired. He shuts the door behind him before walking over and flopping into the blankets next to Moloch, the box landing a few inches away from him. “Hey Moloch.” Andy says. “Why are you back?” Moloch asks. “I'm taking a break from the party. I enjoy having everyone over but it can also be very tiring so I decided to come here to get away from it for a moment.” Andy responds. Moloch simply makes a “mmh” in response. “You been doing fine?” Andy asks. “...Yeah. I guess.” The demon responds. “Happy to hear it.” Andy says. They sit there quietly for a little bit before Andy sits up. “There is actually one other reason I came in here…” Andy tells Moloch. “I know you don't like Christmas but there was still one tradition I didn't want you to miss out on.” Andy grabs the box once again and hands it to Moloch. “Couldn't let you go all Christmas without experiencing getting a gift.” Andy says. “You… Got me a gift? ” Moloch asks. “Mmh hmm! Andy says back. “But I didn't get you anything.” Moloch says. “Yeah. I know but… I wasn't really expecting you to anyways so I don't mind. Andy responds. “Anyways go on! Open it!” The human(?) says. Moloch opens the gift to see that it is a picture frame with a drawing of him inside, it is signed by Andy. “I couldn't really figure out what to give you so I hope this is fine…” Andy says, slightly embarrassed. Moloch stares at the framed drawing quietly before responding. “It is nothing compared to the glorious murals my followers used to make me but… It will suffice.” Moloch says. “So… you like it?” Andy asks. “Yes…” Moloch looks to the side before sighing. “...Thank you.” Moloch says. “You're welcome. I'm happy you like it.” Andy responds. They sit there for a moment before Andy speaks up. “I should probably get back to the party. Leaving Aster in charge for too long is probably not a good idea.” “Okay…” Andy gets up and starts to leave. “Andy?” Moloch asks. “Hmm?” Andy says as he turns around to face Moloch. “...I guess I'll forgive you for making me go shopping with you. …Due to all the sickenly nice things you've done for me.” Moloch tells Andy, blushing slightly. “I- thank you Moloch.” Andy responds. “See you later.” Andy says. “See you.” Moloch responds. Andy leaves to go back to the party. Leaving Moloch alone with his thoughts. The demon looks at Andy's drawing for a moment, seeming lost in thought before putting it aside and lying back down to sleep once more. He might not have wanted to admit it. But he truly was thankful and happy for Andy's kindness that night.
The end.
Author's notes
This is a little fic I made about one of the first times Andy and Moloch bonded prior to getting together. It takes place the Christmas following both hollow sorrows and Moloch being resummoned. It was a bit rushed so there is definitely a lot of flaws (I'm pretty sure I put in a few words that don't exist lmao). I'll probably make a updated/ better version in the future but I wanted to post this on Christmas so this is what you all get for now.
Anyways I hope you all have a good rest of your day/night.
