スマホ広告SSP大手のSmaato、中国のマーケ新興企業Spearhead Marketing（華誼嘉信）が1億4,800万ドルで買収

サンフランシスコを拠点とする、リアルタイム・アドテク・プラットフォームの Smaato は金曜日（6月10日）、中国の Spearhead Integrated Marketing Communication Group（華誼嘉信集団、深圳証取：300071）が Smaato の全株取得により買収することで合意に達したと発表した。買収金額は1億4,800万ドル。

Smmato の発表によれば、最終的な金融当局の承認を待つ必要があるものの、今回の買収は、Speadhead の完全子会社が支援する M&A ファンドを通じて実施される見込みだ。

世界有数のモバイル SSP の一つとして、創業から11年目を迎える Smaato は、10億人以上のモバイルユーザにリーチを持つとしている。

Как добавить рекламный блок в свое приложение

Привет!

Сегодня я хочу рассказать о том, как добавить рекламный блок в свое приложение. Начнем с выбора сервиса, непосредставенно ко вставке рекламного блока перейдем в конце.

Цель

Найти самый простой способ для монетизации приложения на платформе Windows Phone 8.1.

Начало – выбор системы

Я взяла список, состоящий из нескольких систем, а именно:

AdMob

Smaato

Begun

Plus1

Adduplex

Трудности:

Основная трудность была связана с тем, что Мы находимся в России, а некоторые системы не поддерживают вывод денег из своих механизмов.

Начнем с первого сервиса, именно, с AdMob.

Минус – нет SDK для 8.1, из-за несоответствия referenc’а и версии примера приложения, запустить не удалось даже его, что неприятно удивило меня.

Что касается второго сервиса –  Smaato – тут тоже все не так просто.

Плюс – есть версия SDK для 8.1.

Минус – при попытке запустить sample – появилась вот такая ошибка:

Кто такой Ричард и почему я не могу запустить из-за него пример приложения я не знаю, поэтому решила написать в техподдержку с просьбой решить эту проблему.

Сервис Begun тоже не порадовал – SDK для версии 8.1. отсутствует, ставим ему жирный минус.

У Plus1 отсутствует SDK – сразу отказалась от его использоваться.

А вот и последний претендент – Adduplex. Вот к нему мы и приглядимся)

AdDuplex — ведущий сервис баннеро-обменной сети для Windows Phone и Windows приложений. Для начала необходимо зарегистрироваться на сайте – заполнить информацию о себе. После регистрации у вас появится своя панель управления. Мы посмотрим, как добавить баннер, при помощи которого вы сможете рекламировать внутри своего приложения другие или какие-то функции своего приложения, например, встроенные покупки.

Нам необходимо зарегистрировать приложение. Для этого нажимаем New app в блоке Apps. Далее выбираем имя для нашего приложения и ту платформу, под которой оно работает. Если ваше приложение уже опубликовано, укажите ссылку на него.  После заполнения всех полей нажмите кнопку Create.

Вашему приложению будет присвоен номер – ID, который потребуется при последующей работе с баннером.

Создайте баннер и укажите ссылку, в случае, если собираетесь промотировать через свое приложение другое.

Для того, чтобы добавить баннер в приложение, скопируйте ссылки из вкладки AdDuplex SDK.

Обратите внимание: Если вы используете SDK для универсальных приложений, ссылки должны быть немного другими, а именно:

Для Windows приложения:

xmlns:ad="using:AdDuplex.Universal.Controls.Win.XAML"

<ad:AdControl x:Name="adDuplexAd" AppId="YOUR_AppId_HERE" Size="500x130" />

Для Windows Phone приложения:

xmlns:ad="using:AdDuplex.Universal.Controls.WinPhone.XAML"

  <ad:AdControl x:Name="adDuplexAd"                AppId="YOUR_AppId_HERE" />

  Где вместо YOUR_AppId_HERE указываете ID вашего приложения в системе AdDuplex. 

Как установить AdDuplex SDK

1) Скачайте AdDuplex SDK. Для универсальных приложений Windows 8.1 и Windows Phone 8.1 можно скачать SDK здесь.

2) В списке файлов вашего проекта правой кнопокй мыши нажмите на References – Add Reference

3) В левой части открывшегося окна выберите Browse и укажие путь до файла с SDK.

Готово! SDK добавлено!

Обратите внимание: SDK нужно добавлять для каждого проекта в отдельности.

The 2013 Mary Meeker Report is Here!

Like most internet and mobile nerds, we here at Smaato anxiously await the yearly coveted Mary Meeker Internet Trends report, and excitedly unwrap it the moment is is published. This year was no exception. 

For those of you that don't follow the internet trends like some of us here, the Mary Meeker Report is probably the most influential, data driven piece put together each year outlining the trends, changes, opportunities, challenges and estimations of the tech world. Mary Meeker has branded herself over the years as the eyes and ears into the computing, internet and mobile industry.

This years report boasts a relatively light 117 slide deck. Broken out by categories, it dives into the following parts:

1. Key Internet Trends

2. Re-Imagination (of the tech and online world)

3. Mobile

4. Computing

5. Lots to Learn from China (and trust us, this part is very interesting)

6. So, You Want to Be a Public Company? (Discussing the trends in internet companies that have successfully done so.)

7. High-Skilled Immigration (An interesting, data based perspective on where America is losing it's advantages)

A couple key takeaways that were brought to light in this report were:

1. The expansion of the mobile markets, and where the future lies in tech. It is very apparent to anyone living in today's world what strides the mobile and tablet markets are making, but the data in this report gives a very compelling perspective into how quickly the new medium is taking over. 

2. The future of devices. Mary Meeker clearly made a name for herself by being really the first to publish her impressions on mobile eventually taking over the internet industry a number of years back. Now she is talking heavily about the next iteration of tech gear being wearable, drivable and flyable devices. These are the products that are going to track, store and share information like never before.

3. The rise of sharing information. Over the last 4 years we have seen an explosion of user generated content. This is a trend that will only continue as the usage of mobile devices, and social media outlets continue to ramp up. The ease of snapping and sharing is changing the face of technology and internet in a way that cannot be matched. 

4. Finally, the globalization of it all. The part that was particularly interesting was the presentation of how the world is really coming together through all of this innovation. From financial segments, to government and education, the world is changing quickly, and this technology is really leading the charge.
