Guard the Garden (3/7)
Chapter 1: It’s not the SIZE that Matters
The slugs are pretty sluggish (ha!) but they can still do a lot of damage to the garden if left unattended.
I kept shrinking the snail boss’s shell until it became more of a character trait than an aesthetic. You know what they say about small shells and overcompensating. His attacks are essentially temper tantrums and were a lot of fun to design! If you looks closely, you’ll see there’s a reason why he’s the only one with a shell.

If you’re interested in seeing the project as a whole, you can google “oetzell guard the garden” and it’ll be the first result. Normally I would include the actual link, but unfortunately tumblr hides posts with certain external links from the tag results.
