every day for the past week, seven whole days, I have left the house and gone for a walk or gone out somewhere (shops, etc). I dont think I've done that, leave the house everyday, for at least a year or two. I'm known to stay inside for weeks at a time. Proud of myself :)

jshkjfhkhdjsfhks my program is so specific that you’d be able to find me as soon as I tell you but basically it’s health-related. My current research kind of really centers around stigma - message framing/reframing, language associations, getting community participation & picking out the stigmatizing attitudes within them (to account for them in future research within the field), that sort of thing. It sounds vague and confusing and that’s because it is SO confusing and I’m going to have a hell of a time trying to piece my thesis together hahah
