WHEN UNIVERSES ARE VERY SMALL
Movie studios create entire universes to entertain us. But due to their lack of imagination, they make those universes very small... relatives keep bumping into each other.
Dumbledore and Credence Barebone - we saw Dumbledore in numerous Harry Potter movies. The Fantastic Beast movies introduced us to new characters. But in a dramatic turn of events in FB2 we learn that Credence Barebone is actually Dumbledore’s BROTHER?!?
Palpatine & Rey - the evil emperor in the first six Star Wars movies died in Return of the Jedi. Charters 7-8-9 introduced us to new characters. But dramatic turn of events we learn in SW9 that Palpatine is Rey’s grandfather and he’s been grooming her to take his place?!?
Ugh!

MAIN UNIVERSE RANT: Time periods, locations, timelines, etc, starting from furthest back and going forward, not meant to be historically accurate to the real world. Gonna be long. !TW for religion, death, sickness, other heavy topics!
Medieval: During this time humans and any nonhuman species were mainly separate from each other, they occasionally crossed paths, causing myths and legends, but stayed largely separate. I wouldn’t be shocked to hear my universe’s version of this time period has a lot more assassins and bounty hunters than there likely were at the actual time. Also I remember doing research to see if the Black Plague happened during this time period to see if I could have plague doctors be a thing but I don’t remember if it was or not, so there is a plague doctor, but I’m not sure if it’s accurate. There are three important locations here: A town of elves, the culture is actually pretty interesting to me but I made it so I’m biased. They aren’t a religious sort but celebrate the nature around them, having festivals based off things like harvests, hunting, flowers being in bloom, first snowfall, etc. They have no exact calendar but based their years and time off important natural events. They wished to stay hidden from the outside world, including other groups of elves, and are a peaceful group. They obviously do have town defenses but very few as they’re only there in case they absolutely must be used. The second important place is a church town where the church is less of a religious organization and more of a horrible cult that uses a twisted outrageous version of Christianity as a front for horrendous acts towards their own people. There is a small group of rebels who are working to take out the current church leaders one by one, hoping to eventually manage to entirely topple the church and rebuild the town into something far kinder. Last important place is a small village on the outskirts of a larger kingdom, this place is eventually destroyed by the Black Plague, despite the best efforts of the only doctor who saw the town worth saving, who later died to the plague himself. After he died the town lost hope, the healthy left to find a place not destroyed by disease for the most part, they left the sick to die as they weren’t very educated and had no clue how to care for them, and no other choice but to watch them die.
A Stranger In Death
This is meant to take place somewhere between 2017-2019 likely even though it’s not set in stone. There are two important places each with their own important timelines of events. The first place is the town of Death itself. It’s a small town surrounded by forest on all sides, nearly entirely isolated from the rest of the world. The main important things that happen here are shady dealings with more government associated places(the prison, the mental hospital, the hospital), and four teenagers having to stop a demon from using one of them for power because the adults wouldn’t believe them. The other important place is an area of a fairly small city, it lies right on the line between a very impoverished and fairly wealthy part of the city, and the kids living on the more impoverished side usually don’t have it good. It’s a very prejudice area in a number of ways, and the groups held down are starting to get restless.
The apocalypse: I’d like to preface this by saying I had the ideas for this in 2018. This isn’t influenced by current events even though some aspects may seem close. There are a lot of factors that contribute to the general downfall of structure society, one was a number of rebellions of nonhumans in various locations, mostly in the US, where we all know there’s a lot of issues with inequity and inequality. These inspire more uprisings amongst not just nonhumans but other oppressed groups in various countries, leading to general chaos. This is made worse by an abnormal number of natural disasters across the world which combine destroys a decent amount of organized civilization. People not directly involved in the war form into camp groups for safety, stores have shut down and a lot have been raided for resources after various disasters, there’s something at work behind the natural disasters, and even when they stop it may be hard to repair the damage without those who’ve been wronged by society first gaining repairs for the damage historically done to them by the ruling class. Honestly this is so much to go on about in terms of location and plot, it’s sorta a mess, I usually only write stuff involving a single group during it even though there’s a ton. This group that I focus on is a camp mostly comprised of ex criminals, lead by someone know for starting a rather gruesome rampage of arson and murder at a shockingly young age, who it’s rumored can’t die. The storyline of this group sorta goes down the rabbit hole of what can and cannot be forgiven and if it’s true that even the worst people can turn their lives around.
