By far my favorite fitness tip.. When I was working a 9-5 and had just had my baby I honestly felt like I had zero❌ time to workout for 30 minutes a day😢 let alone the energy... I found if you break it up into 3-4 10 minutes sessions i.e. Walking stairs at lunch or on my breaks (ALWAYS choosing to take the stairs!over the escalators or elevators.) Parking further away from the building. The simple things add up and can make a BIG difference.
