📍 Each small state has different characteristics, including its geopolitical location, natural-economic resources, the quality of democratization and etc. These criteria condition the level of their political independence. Nowadays, the world is changing, instead of the bipolar world order, it is transforming into the multi-polar world. Hence, newly-rising world powers are also influencing the foreign policies of the small states.
