Just finished watching the first two episodes of Smallville and want to share my thoughts. Going into this show completely blind, I know nothing about it
Nothing like a meteor shower orphaning a 3 year old girl, and killing or injuring a helluva lot of people to start the show.
I always pictured Clark's arrival on earth to have been in the middle of the night, one lone ship just barely missing the Kent's house. Also takes a bit is suspension of disbelief that the Kent's suddenly had a 3 year old son and no one questioned it
I see why people call this 'the clex show", mouth to mouth on the first meeting
I kinda like Lana, she seems nice
Bug boy was disturbing. I wasn't expecting the early 2000's show about Superman's teenage years to have body horror in it. Then again it started with a meteor shower orphaning a 3 year old girl so I probably should have seen death coming
kryptonite making Clark's veins glow green is a cool visual and I'm a sucker for it.
I like what's being set up here with Smallville having a bunch of weird shit in it and Clark and his friends go around investigating it
