My love/hate mail to smart

Dear Smart,

I do believe I've met the Cash & Carry version of you 3 weeks back and I haven't heard from you since then, except for the time you told me that my application for a postpaid plan has been approved. I thought that If I would be even more patient with you that you would give me what I want, faster than what I had expected, but you broke my heart. It has been 3 weeks and you've still held back whatever it is that I needed from you. I had given you a chance despite what other people have been telling me about you... they told me that you sucked, but I chose to look the other way.

Three weeks ago, I had gone to you and was asked to wait, sadly but fortunately, my mom had to yell at your customer service, cashier and guard before we were even entertained. Is this who you really are? If it is, then might I say I have been turned off from that instant, but I told myself... one more chance. Everybody deserves a second chance. I had inquired and to no avail. I even contacted the main customer service email but have not received a reply. I guess you've been avoiding me so you've left me with no choice. I must speak about whatever issues we have and to air our dirty laundry online so that no one would fall for your playboy tactics. I'm just over it.

I have kept quiet but now I choose to say my peace. I know that you've been so good to other people, maybe even more to other people because they had availed from you a higher price. Makes me think that you've always been just a gold digger rather than a quality communications service... You are so different now than you were before. I remember being with you for a year before my Trium got stolen... you were my childhood sweetheart but somehow, you've turned for the worse.

I have to admit that I had fallen for your tactics. Consumerism in essence. I guess you know me so well as to have known that I cannot resist a good bargain but, to my dismay, at point blank, you shot me and now I am in pain, lingering over something that is mine but not yet in my hands. I agree that your advertising has been superb but I now consider it as crap, false advertising in a sense that you just told me about who you can be but not who you really are. I guess I can call you a whore... that would be too harsh... so let me just call you a tease, a milder version of a slut. You tempt me with your lovely words but all too soon dump me once I've fallen.

Why? Why have you held out on me my right to have what is mine in the timeframe I deserve? Other networks have not given me the same crap that you did. I have used Globe for years on out and Sun has been a "so-far-so-good" service for me but you... you have managed to go deep under my skin and fill me only with hatred and loathing... for you and your services... I hate you now more than ever. Sorry. Just tellin' it like it is.

I hate you as a whole but I can never hate all of you. I know some people who work for you but it will never be enough for me to turn, whatever opinion I have of you, around. I hope you have a great life ahead of you as I'm sure, with your tactics, your value will go higher but your worth to me? nothing... If I were not obligated to pay more than I bargained for I would've just cancelled.
