 Recently I used the services of Smart Presentations to style my unit for sale. The great result that I got from the sale of my unit was in large part due to the fantastic work of Annalese.

 In addition to adding a great look and feel to some of my rooms and outside, particular attention was paid to the living and dining areas to emphasise the space and potential of that part of the house.

From the initial visit, my thoughts and ideas were listened to, followed by great advice from Annalese as to what would work best. Her impressions of my place were open and honest and she was able to advise on a great styling option that took into account my preferences as well as the potential target markets for my house.

 The layout was put in place so professionally and beautifully and the attention to detail was something I was particularly impressed by.  The flow through of the colours that were already in my unit resulted in a property that looked great but also made me feel happy living in it during the sale period.

 I was offered the opportunity to see the layout at your office prior to being arranged at my house. However, I felt that I could fully trust the advice I had received and did not to see the layout prior. The result lived up to those expectations.

 The whole process - including the delivery, pickup and administrative processes - have been professional from beginning to end but very personalised and there is no doubt that the result influenced the outcome of the sale of my unit.

 I want to thank you all, but particularly Annalese for her advice, her professionalism, but also her personal approach.

Lisa Avis:

Lisa is the founder and Director of Smart Presentations. The company came into being in 1995 further to a 7 year history in Real Estate, during which time she saw the real need for property presentation to realize a superior selling result. As such, Lisa is exceptionally experienced with what works when marketing property and looks at each with the eye of a potential purchaser.

Katrina Grierson:

Katrina is our Operations Manager with a solid background in Administration, Systems / Procedures and Staff Logistics in both Australian and International companies. She has been with Smart Presentations since February 2008 and has instituted many beneficial changes in our processes.

Dee Akal:

Every company needs at least one quiet high achiever and Dee is ours. Dee’s background in Property Management before becoming part of the team in April 2012 has stood her in good stead and she has proven her ability in both the quantity and quality of tasks she accomplishes on a daily basis.

Leigh Boulter:

A qualified Interior Decorator for 17 years, Leigh has styled for leading Interior magazines, managed her own business and worked with major residential builders prior to coming on board with Smart Presentations in January 2011. Passionate about homes and creating inviting interiors, Leigh enjoys the instant transformation of property styling and the satisfaction gained from happy clients.

Jen Campbell

Following a notable career in International Event Management, Jen went on to follow her creative passions by qualifying as an Interior Decorator and Colour Consultant. She subsequently developed and co-owned a successful Property Styling company for several years before joining Smart Presentations in 2013. With a considered approach, Jen combines her love of art, colour and design to create inspired spaces for maximum impact.

Annalese Hay:

Annalese’s experience encompasses both residential and commercial Interior Design and Styling prior to joining Smart Presentations. Having successfully run her own styling business in Canberra and worked within the Design world in Melbourne, she brings a passion for furniture and a keen design aesthetic to the Styling team.

Neil Mitchell:

A seasoned all-round Design Professional with 12 years Visual Merchandising and 5 years of Interior Design experience. This combined background provides an excellent base with which to create exceptional visual experiences that consistently deliver results for the Melbourne property market.

Adela Rodriguez:

Adela is a practicing Interior Designer and Property Stylist with over 8 years experience, both in Australia and overseas. Having worked in both the residential and commercial sectors on multi-million dollar projects and developments, she boasts an impressive client portfolio which speaks for itself. Adela really enjoys creating unique and customized solutions for her clients.

Cassandra Thomson

From a young age Cassie immersed herself in the art and design world. After obtaining her qualifications in Fine Art and Interior Design & Decoration, Cassie traveled to the NYC Art & Design Fairs as part of her achieving an Academic Excellence Award for furniture designs. With the market in mind and her passion for interiors, Cassie draws her inspiration from the architecture and its surrounds, believing there is nothing more satisfying than seeing the final effect professional styling can have on a home.

Justin Ruff:

Justin has been on board with us since 2011 with a strong family background and business in furniture removals. The family history ensured that Justin had a full comprehension of the importance of good furniture removals protocols and a pride in ensuring the safety of client property.

Ryan Bradbury:

Ryan commenced work at Smart Presentations during January 2012 in our Transport Department and is an experienced removalist, as well as an experienced painter. Ryan brought a more diverse skill set to our warehouse function which enables us to deal with many things in-house.

As well as these permanent staff, we have an additional team of talented Stylists and Stylist Assistants who all bring their own expertise to help us achieve amazing results with our clients’ properties.
