Successful weekend of auctions

Selling one’s home can be a very anxious time, knowing your home is just fine and comfortable for your every day living situation but knowing for selling it could look much smarter and appealing to prospective buyers.

I recently recruited your services in the presentation and progression of the sale of my property.Leigh Boulter was the consultant assigned by your company.

Leigh arrived for the presentation discussion. On walking through and discussing what she felt needed to be done mane everything fall into place, BUT, how did I know that her taste would be something that appealed to me. Leigh advised of the furniture and colour tones etc, this allayed my anxiety slightly!!

On the day of installation, anxiety came back!! Leigh arrived plus the truck. I decided to go and hit some golf balls at Sandringham Driving Range to keep my mind occupied.

It was agreed Leigh would call me 30 minutes prior to her completing the installation. The phone call came through. I asked if she was happy with her job, “Yes” was the reply.

On entering my home it was the WOW factor, I was blown away. I still cannot believe the difference. Just amazing!

 Recently I used the services of Smart Presentations to style my unit for sale. The great result that I got from the sale of my unit was in large part due to the fantastic work of Annalese.

 In addition to adding a great look and feel to some of my rooms and outside, particular attention was paid to the living and dining areas to emphasise the space and potential of that part of the house.

From the initial visit, my thoughts and ideas were listened to, followed by great advice from Annalese as to what would work best. Her impressions of my place were open and honest and she was able to advise on a great styling option that took into account my preferences as well as the potential target markets for my house.

 The layout was put in place so professionally and beautifully and the attention to detail was something I was particularly impressed by.  The flow through of the colours that were already in my unit resulted in a property that looked great but also made me feel happy living in it during the sale period.

 I was offered the opportunity to see the layout at your office prior to being arranged at my house. However, I felt that I could fully trust the advice I had received and did not to see the layout prior. The result lived up to those expectations.

The “top house” which sold over the weekend was a property proudly styled by Smart Presentations.

Selling at $3.99 million, the Age declared it being sold for almost $500,00 above the reserve! Another example of smart investment in property presentation!
