This week we have learned what a SMART goal is. Now in order for goal achievement to continuously be successful, we must make the goal a SMARTER goal. We do this by Evaluating the Goal and then we Reward our success and Revise the plan in areas that we may have struggled a bit. The idea is not to give up when the plan is not producing the outcome you desire. The idea is to restructure the plan and go at it again. To "fail" is not a bad thing. It is a First Attempt In Learning. Analyze and Revise.
