Hey to whoevers reading this :) I hope you’re having a good day..I am :) and I've really began to treasure these good days because you never know when its going to end so I enjoy it whilst it lasts! I went and picked up my medication today and i’m always more relaxed on medication days purely because I know I've got everything I need. I’m currently relaxing with my mom for a bit and then at 7pm i’ve got a SMART meeting online and I always look forward to that :) BIG LOVE

OMG guys last night was so good!!! I attended my usual Tuesday night meeting for SMART and the facilitator asked me to co-facilitate with him. This basically meant giving feedback to peoples check-ins etc and they were really pleased with how I did and said i’m a facilitator in the making! I got such a buzz!
Tonight I have another meeting(there’s one everyday) and I just want to take a moment to recommend these meetings to ANYONE! Whether your outlet is drugs,alcohol,sex,gambling,food,the gym..anything! The tools you learn on this program can literally be applied to any situation in life.
