Are we meant to collect our tickets or smth? How does it work ://

Hey there!

You can go to the concierge at Hamer Hall and get them to print your tickets there, but make sure to go a little earlier to collect them, cuz’ you don’t want to miss the beginning of the concert!

I'm in year 9 and I don't wAnt to go to the winter concert. What happens if I don't show up

Hey there,

As the role was promised to be taken, your year level coordinators might call you up to the office to explain why you weren’t there, and/or email your parents. We really do recommend going - it is quite a fun night and it’s not too long, with an intermission in the middle and everything, plus you get to see you sit with/watch other year 9′s performing or in the audience too!

Guys ignore you ARENT IN FINAL CHORUS or PERFORMING AT ALL you have to go to the concert at all and if you do do we have to BUY A TICKET OR NAH? Bc this wasn't made clear also send another email about it bc i don't think too many people mnow

If you aren’t in any of the Winter Concert item’s and you’re in Year 9, you must be watching the performances, yes, and no you will not be required to purchase a ticket but you must turn up in your school uniform! 

We’re not the ones who are in charge of what’s happening to those watching, unfortunately! We only have the barest of details that were only just confirmed as the teachers are somewhat slow responding on the weekends :( But there should hopefully be info coming out to you soon.

The year 9s which aren't participating in ANYTHING AT ALL, not even the finale chorus, what do they wear?

You are required to wear your school uniform, even if you’re not participating, as far as we know! Hopefully, an email will be sent to you soon outlining all the details of the night, we don’t have much information about what’s happening to those watching, unfortunately.

do the people in finale chorus wear concert blacks or winter uniform????

Hey anon,

For those solely in finale chorus, you are required to wear your full school winter uniform - blazer, jumper, you know the drill. You may be asked not to wear your jumper on the night but probably bring it just in case, you never know if the teachers want to change it up - plus it’s kind of cold. Curse this Melbourne winter weather.

Hey, sorry about the confusion! No, they do not have to pay for tickets - according to Mr Chua “your uniform is your ticket in.” So please don’t forget your uniform!
