Cal Kestis was trying to wrap his head around all of this, and had been for some time. Ever since the Jedi were all massacred, he’d been trying to survive, and it was weighing heavy on him. There was guilt so deep in his heart, and part of it was from this little whisper in his head; That he could have done something to stop this, even if it was something small? There just had to be a way to predict such a thing that was absolutely unpreventable, and unpredictable. It was a childish nightmare that plagued him day-in, and day out.
Though, he would continue to survive for as long as he could, and managed to get aboard a ship that was quite large and lackluster. It also had a pilot that definitely seemed way too confident in this bucket-of-bolts that it would get them anywhere, without falling apart. Cal didn’t believe it for a second.
