First day of a new decade and I'm sitting here eating soup I made from scratch, snuggling with my dog, reading a book, and thinking about how this time last year I was breaking myself preparing to leave a job I once liked but grew to hate and how I didn't have the energy to put up or take down the Christmas tree but I did both anyway with my husband because I desperately wanted to feel excited for Christmas and family and giving again instead of just stressed and exhausted and how the shelves sat empty for too long afterward because I didn't have the energy to put the usual knickknacks back and how things were easier this year, still stressful but easier, and how I made a loaf of banana bread a couple of days ago, also from scratch, Just Because, and I hope I hope I hope I keep healing because God it feels so good to have energy and an attention span again.

1. First game you played obsessively?

The Sims. I hardly ever played out the lives of my Sims. I spent all my time creating characters and designing houses. I couldn't wait to get home from school to play, so I bought a graph paper notebook and kept designing houses in class.

13. A game you’ve never played that everyone else has?

World of Warcraft

27. Game that makes you rage?

Anything with a timed mission.

41. A genre that you just can’t get into?

Shooters. My eyesight is bad, I get overwhelmed, and then all my teammates yell at me.

Breath of the Wild, Super Mario World, Pokemon

I finished my Secret Bedroom Kix, but I'll wake up the dogs if I go downstairs to get more. 😭

I'm kind of dreading watching ep 69. I don't care about spoilers so I kind of know what happened but not all of it, and it's too heavy. It hurts. :c

Yep, that's me! And no, I didn't sew this costume. I've made a couple of simpler ones but nothing this elaborate. Thanks!
