Ilephia is a 5-and-a-half-foot tall woman with green hair, while her hair would stand out on its own what really stands out about her is the hoodie she wears which seems to be ever dripping. The hoodie is in fact a creature Ilephia calls Shade, this creature was originally a tentacle beast that Ilephia bonded with and would later hide under her clothes to get him around, eventually finding the hoodie she now almost always wears to be his favorite and not rarely leaves it, patching and mending any damage to the cloth while keeping it clean.
Ilephia is able to communicate with Shade while wearing the hoodie thanks to her bonding and physical connection and Shade will often let her control the tentacles that hang from her sleeves directly, though not always leaving them doing things she doesn’t expect and sometimes even what she doesn’t want.
Shade despite his flesh-like appearance is closer to a plant and only needs fluid to survive. Shade produces an almost never-ending stream of fluid to keep from drying out which in turn needs an almost never-ending supply of fluid intake to maintain, this mostly just leads Ilephia to drink or pour water on herself often to supply him the fluid he needs.
Ilephia herself is best described as playful, though in the way a cat is playing with a mouse, often teasing others or hitting on unsuspecting males to get them interested and wanting to see their reaction to seeing Shape under her clothing, though what happens after is depended on how they react.
