These adorable Cookie Monster Cupcakes are a fun and delicious treat for any occasion. Kids and adults alike will love these cute little characters on their cupcakes.
Ingredients: 1 box of chocolate cupcake mix. 1/2 cup of vegetable oil. 3 eggs. 1 cup of water. 1 cup of blue frosting. 24 small chocolate chip cookies. 24 small candy eyes. Black decorating gel.
Instructions: Warm up your oven to 350F 175C and put cupcake liners in a muffin tin. Put the chocolate cupcake mix, vegetable oil, eggs, and water in a mixing bowl. Mix until it's smooth. Fill each cupcake liner about two thirds of the way to the top with batter. After the oven is hot, bake the cupcakes for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. On a wire rack, let the cupcakes cool all the way down. After the cupcakes are cool, make each one look like fur by spreading blue frosting on top of it. Each cupcake should have a small chocolate chip cookie in the middle to make it look like Cookie Monster's mouth. Attach two candy eyes to top of each cookie with a little frosting as "glue." Use the black decorating gel to draw Cookie Monster's mouth and face. Give the gel some time to set before using it. Now it's time to eat your Cookie Monster desserts!
