tfw you’re a student stage manager in a university program and you try to print out scribble copies of meeting, rehearsal, and show reports (so you can handwrite notes in your report format with important meetings and dates pre-entered so the info is in front of you) and the university printing system is so fucked it takes 4 attempts and like $5 from your printing quota to get it all printed before shit hits the fan (meetings and rehearsals begin)

I'm stage managing a production of "Ten out of Twelve" by Anne Washburn and we go into tech next week. The problem is, as the play is a tech rehearsal, there is a stage manager character who says "Hold" and "Hold please" a lot. So I'm looking for alternatives to the word "hold" to avoid confusion. Anyone have any ideas?
