Smoke blend

Just putting it down so I won’t forget what I did, write it later in my book

*remember you’re using the Teavana perfect cup of tea scoop spoon

2 scoops lavender

1 1/2 chamomile

1 1/2 red rose

2 mullien

1 red raspberry

1 sage

1 marshmallow

I like this blend so far it’s pretty mellow and a slower burn than the previous mix I made. Very nice

My friend left me an herb blend he made for smoking and for tea. It's got Saint Johns Wart, Marshmallow Root, Sage and a little bit of Spearmint in it and it's so delicious I can't deal. I'm sad that I have to enjoy it alone. It's nice to have something to smoke though since I quit smoking weed a couple months ago. It gets rid of the "I need a joint in my hand" craving. And also, I don't feel an impulse to smoke my boyfriends cigarettes now either. Yay for herbal friends.
