Deedot Brunch:Stacks on ! 最下面是四周邊邊角角被煎的焦香的土耳其吐司， 但是中間的質感一樣是柔軟但帶有些微韌度的口感， 然後抹上酪梨泥， 厚度跟口感兼具的厚切培根， 但是一切就開， 接著是水波蛋（切開蛋黃流下來像一個小瀑布真的很療癒）， 最後是放上煎的焦香的起士， 特別的是他不會融化， 他的口感是帶有彈性的， 而且不會過鹹， 四周再放上一圈芝麻葉跟烤過的小番茄， 再淋上可以增添風味的紅酒醋！ 推薦一定要把所有的東西一口吃進去， 整個感覺就是很滿足！ Drink : Banoffee Smoothie 很特別的組合， 香蕉冰沙+濃縮咖咖啡的一款， 第一次在澳洲看到， 想像的香味應該是除了香蕉的果香但帶有咖啡香， 嚐起來的味道也應該是甜中帶著微微的咖啡苦味， 送來之後， 是一杯帶著微微褐色的冰沙， 然後上面灑上些許的肉桂粉！ 實際喝起來， 卻是咖啡的味道中和掉香蕉的甜度， 多了一種不同於水果冰沙的成熟口感！ Deedot is located in Holland Park West sub . Than put the smokehouse bacon , poached eggs , the top is the haloumi cheese . Also put some rocket ( arugula ) , toasted cherry tomatoes with balsamic glaze . Recommend you must eat all the things in a bite . So that you feel all the flavor and texture in it . And the most special ingredient it is the haloumi cheese , that is a cheese won’t be melted when it cooked . Drink : Banoffee Smoothie It’s a special combination ! It combined the banana smoothie and coffee shot . This is my first time to see this in Australia . When i saw the menu i just started to imagine how’s the flavor . After that , it taste just like what i imagined , the flavor not only the creamy banana but also the aroma from coffee shot .
