Being completely honest, I liked the changes and additions. If the show were exactly like the book clay would walk around town for one night. Not really doing much. Like 98% of his development was introspective, so we needed him to interact with others to experience and understand that. Also, by adding more to his relationship with Hannah it made it better. It got rid of that 'I've known you for 5 seconds but I love you' trope that I know you all hate. And it good rid of that annoying john green like quality that clay had. You know what I mean.

Also on the topic of 13 reasons why, can we talk about how gay it was? Everyone was gay. It was like Oprah showed up and was like ‘you get a gay, and you get a gay, and you get, everyone gets a gay!’

Also the cast, soooo gay.
