Indulge in this creamy and fruity vegan ice cream featuring the natural sweetness of bananas and a tangy raspberry swirl. It's a guilt-free dessert that's perfect for satisfying your sweet cravings.
Ingredients: 4 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen. 1 cup frozen raspberries. 1-2 tbsp maple syrup or agave syrup. 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Instructions: In a food processor or blender, blend the frozen bananas until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla extract and blend again until well combined. In a separate small saucepan, heat the frozen raspberries and maple syrup over low heat until they break down and form a sauce. Let it cool. Once the banana ice cream base is ready, swirl in the raspberry sauce gently with a spoon, leaving streaks throughout. Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours until firm. Serve scoops of raspberry swirl banana ice cream and enjoy!
