How about when Smoothie goes to meet s/o's family, they are actually part of a strong warrior culture and s/o is pretty much the runt of the family, think like Sanji's situation with marrying Pudding but way less cruel and abusive? Maybe they could even have a strength=beauty thing and think s/o hit the jackpot? Could we please get some headcanons about her reacting to all this?

Yes! I love this.

-Smoothie is concerned when her partner approaches her with a bit of envelope on it. It's an invitation to one of their family events, which Smoothie had never attended. She's concerned chiefly because of how nervous her partner looks. They're fidgeting and stumbling all over their words, trying to explain their family dynamics to her.

-Smoothie, of course, finds their nervous ticks to be endearing, though she can't help but notice her partner does seem more upset than usual about this trip. Smoothie tries to reassure (Name) that everything will be just fine. They will be together and can always leave if something goes wrong.

-Upon meeting (Name)'s actual family, she is surprised, to say the least. Mostly because (Name)'s family was physically bigger than expected. Many of Smoothie's inlaws were closer to her height and significantly larger than (Name).

-In a short time, Smoothie is drowning in compliments from (Name)'s relatives. Questions about her strength, her combat skills, and even her kill count come up, and each time she'd applauded.

-She's actually really flustered by it all. For as nervous as (Name) was acting, Smoothie was expecting a bunch of villains. Smoothie is used to getting gawked at, but her partner's family is not staring because she's some kind of monster. Oh no, Smoothie can barely keep track of all praise she's receiving.

-But then she realizes she's lost track of (Name). Oh, gods. She's lost track of her partner. Smoothie was so caught up in conversation that (Name) had slipped away from her.

-As she searches for her partner, she has a very calm facade. On the inside, she's a little panicked. It's (Name)'s family, so (Name) would be safe with these people, but then again (Name) is just so small. What if someone steps on them or what if they got lost in the big house or what if -

-Smoothie's worries come to a halt as she finds her spouse tucked up in a comfy chair. They wave to her, and she kneels down in front of the chair. Smoothie asks if they're alright, and (Name) shrugs.

-"You're family is different than what I expected," Smoothie says, "I wasn't expecting a group of ruffians. Though, Mama does like those types."

-She's tempted to continue about how welcome she feels and how at home all of this is, but (Name) isn't looking at her. Which is an immediate red flag. Especially since (Name) has a habit of staring at her with this lovey-dovey expression on their face when Smoothie rambles. But they're not looking now.

-Smoothie sighs and apologizes for getting so wound up. At her apology, however, (Name) can't help but get flustered and more upset. They don't like it when Smoothie apologizes for her feelings. "I'm glad you're happy, her Smo. Don't apologize for that," they reach out and take her hand, "I just don't feel like I always fit in here."

- a sad little smile creases Smoothie's face. Smoothie feels guilty for not recognizing that sooner because it feels so evident at the moment. Smoothie kisses their hand, "You always fit in with me," Smoothie reassures her spouse.

-"I understand what it's like to feel alone or out of place, but when we got married, I..." she paused, trying to organize her thoughts, "When you became my best friend, I didn't feel so outplace." Smoothie's face was red with a blush. How embarrassing.

-(Name) flung their arms around her and hug Smoothie tight. It's not often that she admits things like this, but it always made (Name)'s heart skip a beat.

-Smoothie pulls (Name) into her chest and stands up. "I can't be losing you like that again," Smoothie sighs, "I was worried about you." Despite (Name)'s feeble protests, Smoothie holds her close while saying something about needing a drink.

-You always belong with me, Cake Pop.

Winter Factions: Ladies

Smoothie: snowball fight

Snow had fallen on Toto land and you were rolling snowmen and snow bunnies with some of the younger Charlotte siblings, as you waited for Smoothie to come home. It hadn’t taken long for the snow to start flying and quickly destroyed the newly built snowman. 

“Take that!” you shouted, launching a snowball and quickly ducked behind a tree as several others were thrown at you. The snow hit the tree you were hiding behind exploding quietly. Quickly making some more ammunition, you darted from your hiding place without aiming hurtled your snow weapons at the group who quickly dispersed in a shriek that turned into a loud collective gasp. Looking up as you grabbed the last of the snowballs. Your mouth hung low and the snowball slipped from your hand, landing with an almost silent flump onto the snow covered ground.  Oh no.. Standing with snow falling off them, almost emotionless was the Sweet commander, Minister of Juice and your beloved “Smoothie..love..” you called, hurrying over to her as she crouched down scooping up a huge armful of snow “Smoothie?” and unceremoniously dropped it on you sending you crashing to the floor in seconds with a muffled oof. You wriggled like a turtle on its back until you managed to sit up still covered in snow. “Smoothie! What was that for?!” you asked, with a childish pout on your lips. 

Smoothie crouched down in front of you, and silently planted another much smaller snowball square into your face. As the snow fell comically slowly from your face, a small smile tugged at Smoothie’s lips as she moved forward to kiss the tip of your nose. You made some kind of shocked gargle noise as you stumbled out of the snow. “Smoothie-” She chuckled and scooped you up in her strong arms. You blushed, being carried so gently by her. ‘She’s so sweet and’ your thoughts were interrupted as Smoothie dropped you. She dropped you right into a snowbank, the snow rushed past your ears and the white engulfed the sight of Smoothie’s playful smile. 

Once again you found yourself digging your way out of the snow. As you poked your head out Smoothie was already forming a mountain around you. “Smooothie!!” you whined, as she smoothed the walls of the sloops that encased you. 

Once she was suitably pleased with the gradient and overall smoothness of your snowy cocoon, she reached forward stroking your face with her gloved hand. Leaning closer and closer, the heat coming off your face was going to melt your prison at this rate. The sweet commander was mere millimeters from your face “I was lonely without you.” she admitted quietly ‘oh…’ Moving closer, Smoothie captured your lips in a sweet chaste kiss. You were sure your face was on literal fire by this point and sure enough the walls around you melted away. But it turned out it was not from you but by Smoothie’s devil fruit power that the snow melted away. She had her usual glass which was now full of a white liquid ‘she’s going to drink the snow?’ sure you had witnessed her drink weirder things but you never really got used to it. 

She noticed your confused stare and looked at her glass “it’s a warm winter drink.” she explained, 

“Warm? Snow?” you were even more confused.

“Warm with your love.” Smoothie added with a teasing tone, drinking her drink quickly to obscure the blush starting to grace her own cheeks. She removed her long scarf and wrapped it around you like a burrito “come you must be cold.” she said, scooping you up in her arms once again. ‘She's so warm’ you smiled and snuggled into her arms, resigning yourself to being carried by a tall, beautiful and formidable woman.

Moments with Smoothie were so few and far between, she was a busy woman but she made those small moments with you count.

Smoothie x reader - Blind taste test

You had suggested it on a whim, mostly as a joke. Smoothie’s plans for the day got cancelled unexpectedly and now you wanted to make most of it, while remaining at home and relaxing. You had planned a lazy day in alone, and Smoothie was more than happy to join you on that. The first suggestion had been watching a movie, but you didn’t want to do that all day. Reading a book while snuggling up together had been another option, but that would be for later on the day. You really wanted to do something fun and suggested doing a blind taste-test. To your surprise, Smoothie agreed without any hesitation.

So here you were, your girlfriend sitting in front of you with a blindfold on. You had taken several things out of the kitchen for her to taste. Some would be easy, some would be harder, though you had a feeling Smoothie would get most of them right. Everyone in her family was a food connoisseur, after all.

True to your expectations, Smoothie guessed every single thing right. It didn’t take long for the fun of it to wear off though, exactly because she guessed every single one correctly.

“You’re not having fun anymore, are you?” Smoothie asked. You could see her frowning from behind her blindfold. “Oh no that’s not it! It’s just... you get everything right, so it’s not really a challenge?” “Then why don’t we switch places?” “But I don’t know as much about food as you...” “Isn’t that what makes it fun though?” Smoothie lifted the blindfold from one eye to look at you and smiled. After thinking it over for a little bit, you nodded and the two of you switched places.

For you, the tasting was a little more difficult. You knew most of the ‘normal’ flavours, but when it came to the more specific or less-used things, you were at a loss. Smoothie gave you hints after every wrong guess which made you get the answer right eventually most of the time. It was a little embarrassing how little you knew compared to her, but at the same time it was fun, and the both of you laughed a lot.

“Okay, I’ve got two more things for you and then we’re done.” Smoothie announced.

You nodded and waited for the next spoon to be held out to you as Smoothie moved through the kitchen, getting what she needed. A spoon was pressed to your lips and you opened your mouth to taste it. It was a very rich and very familiar taste.

“Oh I know this one! It’s the juice you can make with your devil fruit powers!” “Correct. I made this one from one of the roses on the table. Is it any good?” “It really is! The taste is really rich!” “Guess I should make that one more often for you then. Now, for the final thing…”

You eagerly awaited the final spoon, wondering what she came up with. To your surprise, you didn’t feel another spoon being pressed to your lips but something warm and soft. Smoothies lips. You eagerly returned the surprise kiss before you removed your blindfold and found Smoothie smiling at you.

“Ah, Smoothie, my favourite.”

she isn´t there in the beginning of the day because she´s running around the Island to get Medicine for you

when she finally Returns to you, she prepares the Food and Medicine for you, staying by your side the rest of the day

So how about another with Smoothie and her s/o? When they've know each other, fell in love, and are finally going be married, Big Mom cancels it. She is going to marry Smoothie's s/o off to another family member, one that wouldn't make them nearly as happy. The reasoning being that Big Mom doesn't want to waste Smoothie on her s/o. Bonus points if its something especially scathing like "You don't let a mutt anywhere near a purebred hound." Could we get hcs on Smoothie would react/deal with this?

-Teatime with Mama can always be daunting. She's beyond powerful, and Smoothie has seen many people enter and never leave Mama's dining room.

-Smoothie can't help but wonder why some of her older siblings won't look at her. Without Mama present, the air is thick with tension, which is unusual between the close-knit siblings.

-Once Mama arrives, though, she is quick to get down to business. She sits at the head of her table, pleased to see everyone in attendance. "Congratulations, Smoothie," Mama beams down at her favorite daughter, "I've freed you from your wedding obligations."

-Smoothie doesn't hear much after that. She sits so still, one could think Smoothie was a corpse. Her face is entirely unreadable. The ever passive, compliant expression on her face is all she allows.

-If not for her excellent self-control, it's undeniable that Smoothie would've cried in front of her family. She would've sworn at Mama and risked Mama's wrath, and yet Smoothie simply sits. As all her siblings do, she knows that Mama may not physically punish her, but (Name) is another story.

-So she sits and stares at her food, too sick to eat. Smoothie can feel eyes on her. Smoothie knows that her siblings look at her with pity, and Mama is watching for a crack in the mask.

-As the oldest sibling, Prospero can't help but feel responsible for Smoothie's well-being. He had tried to talk his mother out of this decision, and even at the table, he's still trying to. From his seat beside her, he attempts to say, "Is it not better that we keep our allies happy? Changing plans so suddenly-"

-He's cut off by Big Moms laughter. "Prospero, you are not so new to the world-to my world, that you could think something so foolish. We both know you don't let a mutt anywhere near a purebred hound."

-And that's all Smoothie can take. It takes everything in her to be calm. She calmly bows to Big Mom and excuses herself. With steady feet, she leaves the dining hall, ignoring the whispering. Head-high and stone-faced, she walks down the corridor until she rounds the corner and ducks into a small alcove.

-Then it's shaky legs and a quivering lip. She can no longer hold herself up. Her legs feel like they are made of lead instead of muscle and bone. She sinks to the floor and buries her face in her hands. For the first time in many years, Smoothie weeps.

-Her cries are hot ragged sobs, as tears and snot cover her face. She cannot breathe, she cannot see, she cannot feel anything except the overwhelming sense of despair.

-By the time she has been found, the tears have stopped, but she does not have the willpower to lift her head at the sound of footsteps. Smoothie will count herself lucky later that it's only Brûlée.

-"I figured this would happen," Brûlée says, kneeling beside Smoothie, rubbing her shoulder, "We did try to stop her, but you know Mama is persistent."

-Smoothie sniffles and lifts her head to meet her sister's gaze, "What am I suppose to do? I cannot do this without (Name), but I cannot defy Mama's will."

-Brûlée sighs and fishes a handkerchief out of her pocket. Offering it to Smoothie, she says, "C'mon, wipe your tears. Let's go to my realm and work this out. You can't scheme if you look like shit." Smoothie will wipe her ruined makeup and follow Brûlée through a floor-length mirror.

-So what if Brûlée starts showing Smoothie a scrapbook of all their family members? So what if Brûlée tells Smoothie about a few rumors she's heard? So what if they're about a particular pair of pink-haired twins? It's not like she's trying to give Smoothie any ideas.

Could we please get some relationship headcanons for Carrot, Smoothie and Pudding?

Hi Anon! As mentioned in my rules, I do not write romantic stuff for Carrot. Here are Pudding and Smoothie though, enjoy! 

Pudding

Underneath the though/mean girl act, Pudding is a very sweet young lady. Early in the relationship she won’t know how to deal with her emotions and she’ll act mean towards you. Once she gets more comfortable with the relationship, and as trust builds up between the two of you, Pudding will slowly drop the act and start being herself.

Flustering Pudding when it’s just the two of you is really easy. She’s a very romantic person, so the smallest gesture will have her swooning. When you’re not alone, it’ll depend on who’s around. If it’s someone from her family, and she feels like she can’t display any weakness, she’ll go straight back to her mean girl act.

Because of the comments from Big Mom, Pudding is very insecure. When she sees you with another woman, she will probably get jealous and will try to scare the other girl away. She’ll need a lot of reassurance that you love her, that you think she’d beautiful and that you won’t leave her for some nicer or prettier girl.

Showing her third eye around you is going to take some time. She’s been told it’s disgusting all her life. It’ll take a lot of love, affection and affirmations to have her believe that, at least to you, she’s not a disgusting or creepy girl.

Compliments coming from aren’t that rare once she’s comfortable around you. Pudding loves everything and anything you do, and she’ll gladly show you how much she appreciates you.

Pudding loves to bake or cook for you. Let her know your preferences and she’ll gladly make your favourite. She wants to be perfect in your eyes, and the best way to your loves heart is through the stomach, right? The look in your eyes when you’re enjoying what she made you fills her with more joy than you’ll ever know.

 Smoothie

Smoothie is quite laid back and trusting in the relationship. She will not get jealous of other girls, and she’ll gladly let you meet up with any female friends you may have. Trust is a big thing for Smoothie, and she’ll trust that you won’t flirt or cheat with other people. Don’t break that trust though, because that might very well be the end of your relationship, and possibly your life.

She’s a very perceptive lady, and will notice if you’re feeling down and ask if you are ok. If you say no, she’ll offer to listen to you. If you lie and say no she’ll support you in other ways, such as helping you with little things and bringing you your favourite snacks and drinks.

As a sweet general and the minister of juice, she’ll be busy very often. After a long day of working, training or fighting, she loves to unwind with you. She’ll be rather affectionate at these times.

Her favourite dates will include anything relaxing. She has enough stress from dealing with Big Mom’s unexpected hunger pangs, so she prefers to combine winding down with quality time.

The only exception to relaxing quality time with you would be training. Smoothie would encourage you to get stronger. She can’t be around all the time, and she’d feel more at least if you were at least able to defend yourself when needed.

Smoothie has no problem with PDA. She cares very little about the opinions of others, but she’ll leave initiating it to you. You know best where you draw the line, and she doesn’t want to make you uncomfortable. That said, she’s ok with pretty much anything.

Due to her having a sadistic side, you can expect the occasional teasing from Smoothie, both in private and in public.

Smoothie, but as the best girlfriend ever

What a lovely lady. She’s a silent lover and does things out of observation. Smoothie knows the way you move, inside out. She knows the way you sleep, the way your lips curl when you talk, the way you roll your eyes when you’re annoyed.

Best girl tm. Makes the best drinks. It’s always either a strawberry banana smoothie or a virgin pina colada.

She makes dark jokes a h a. Majority of the time she shares these jokes with you because she knows you’re not gonna judge her. And yeah it’s true, some of the humor is uncomfortable but it’s cute when she laughs.

Let’s things come and go. She’s usually spontaneous with what she wants to do.

She wants to go on a date? Then she’s going with you on the spot.

She wants to just laze around and have you lay on her chest? Then you’re going to do it without a doubt.

Nobody dare messes with their fave sister’s favorite person.

Like one day, Smoothie couldn’t attend a tea party and Oven felt like being an asshole to you. “Wow look here guys, Smoothie’s lapdog is all alone.” While some giggled, others just stared in shock. This wasn’t going to end well. “Oven, sit down. Keep teasing y/n, you’re gonna get yo ass beat.” Katakuri warned. But alas, he didn’t and the whole tea time was just filled with him insulting you.

But of course Smoothie somehow knew. And she didn’t hesitate to twist Oven into a knot.

Putting your hands into hers, she gave them a gentle squeeze. “y/n, next time someone teases you, you go straight to me okay?” You nod your head as she leaned forward to plant a gentle kiss on your forehead.

That was when everybody vowed to not make Smoothie mad.
