Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory Caramel S’more on a Stick: I tried this a couple of weeks ago at the store in Mall of America. This was almost the quintessential s’more, but a few small changes helped to differentiate it. The addition of caramel was interesting. I didn’t mind it, but it also didn’t change my world. I think the fact that everything was generally less gooey than a typical s’more made this less exciting. The chocolate coating successfully avoided being over powering, so that’s a plus.
