bought some art supplies including this glass dip pen set as birthday gift for myself and had fun with them...

I've been curious about this set for a while because it's so cheap for a glass pen set but the reviews look ok. so I finally caved in. I've never used a glass dip pen before so idk what to expect but I think it's nice?

is it better than my other pens? no, but the ~aesthetics~🤌

tho the colors are random & I'm unlucky. bright yellow is useless for me (tho maybe I can use it for color mixing) and no blue????

inks in the set aren't waterproof so I bought waterproof ink as extra. the blue-black color. (finally, a blue!) disappointed that it's not actually 100% waterproof... more like highly water resistant.

also has feathering on my 250gsm sketchbook (the beeho drawing) but looks ok on my 300gsm one (bino drawing) so ok I guess. I just need to pay attention to which paper I use.

love the color. blue but turns purplish when used in higher intensity.

anyway, inks in the set are glittery but you can only see it up close… that's good, actually. I don't want too much glitters on my drawings lol
