Kartha is Ezekiel’s executive assistant, and closest confidant. Don’t let her title fool you, she holds a great deal of power and sway in the Mayor’s office. She dismisses the stereotype of Kobolds being instinctually being subservient to Draconians. She’s been one of Ezekiel’s closest friend, for most of her life. He’s like an older brother to her, and she does everything she can to protect Ezekiel and the Mayor’s office. She supervises most of the staff, and is the go between for the office and the outside world.
