i love a lot of milder cheeses. big fan of mozzarella, brie, camembert, halloumi etc usually when i'm cooking with cheeses like mozzarella or halloumi i have to double the ingredients because i will eat about half of it throughout the cooking process. i once ate a whole ball of mozzarella and had the wackiest dreams but i'd do it again. camembert + warm bread makes me feel like a medieval king
my cheese tastes are in fact very basic and i am #sensitive to a lot of sharp cheeses. they make my nose twinge a little ????? don't ask, i also don't know. i'm surrounded by cheese fiends though so i think i am probably the most normal person in the vicinity when it comes down to cheese. a gromit-esque existence. had cheese with apricot in it and did not care for it, but i did remember apricot yoghurt ...........
